Bloom is pleased to be working with Vista View Farms, a startup farm in Damascus, MD, was founded by the Keller family, a husband-wife team who both grew up on family farms. The farm raises sheep, keeps honey bees and grows produce ranging from tomatoes to sweet corn, now with the help of Bloom.
“We saw what Bloom did for our pasture last year and put it on all our hay acres this season, as well as on some of our hanging planters. You can see a huge difference in color and yield. It also helps keep the soil moist,” says Andrew Keller, co-founder.
Bloom is one more way the farm is keeping their produce as natural, healthy and sustainable as possible, which is appreciated by its many fans at the farm stands it sells through. The Bloom-fed hay also helps keep the farm animals happy and well fed too.
