Bloom is pleased to welcome Jimmy Larimore, Bloom Scale Technician, to the team! Jimmy is no stranger to wastewater, having worked for Charles County’s wastewater treatment plant before joining DC Water three years ago. He’s also no stranger to Bloom, having used it to topdress his lawn and incorporate into his garden, in addition to helping get Bloom into Ace hardware stores in his community.
This spring, he left his position as an operator at Blue Plains to take on a new role with the Bloom team, which entails everything from scheduling trucks and managing blends to helping set up a fruit orchard showcasing Bloom’s benefits. “My job is so dynamic, and Bloom is such a great product. I’m happy to be here!” says Jimmy.
