Bloom would like to bid farewell to Thomas Kuczynski (left), who took up the charge as Blue Drop’s Interim President in 2019, all the while holding down his main job as VP of Information Technology at DC Water. Tom’s innovative ideas, business acumen and punny (never puny!) sense of humor will be sorely missed.
In a seamless transition, Chris Peot, longstanding Director of Resource Recovery for DC Water, will take over as interim president effective July 22. As Chris has been the driving force behind Bloom since its inception, the program will be in eminently capable hands under his direction.
