Bloom will be in two great places at once next week!
First, landscape architects can find Bloom at Booth 2356 of the American Society of Landscape Architecture conference expo next Monday and Tuesday. If you’re not registered for the conference, stop in the expo for free via this link (a $130 value).
This year being ASLA’s 125th birthday, many special events are planned throughout the four-day conference, held at the Washington Convention Center.
Bloom’s top pick (besides visiting its booth!) is the Tuesday afternoon session “Get the Dirt on Soil-level Strategies for Climate Resilience and Carbon Drawdown” with Ron Alexander and Sally Brown, both biosolids-savvy experts who have worked with Bloom and similar products in their research, theory and practice. Ron will be presenting a virtual lunch and learn (with free accredited CEU) for DC-area landscape architects with Bloom on October 29; register here.
Our very own Platinum+, LEED-certified headquarters, HQO, is also being showcased in a field session on the revitalization of Navy Yard. That session is sold out, but we are happy to give a free tour to local LAs after the conference!
Meanwhile, Bloom will also be exhibiting at the DC Quality Initiative (DCQI) October 9-10, held at the Kellogg Conference Center Hotel. This convening of the DMV transportation industry, seeks to revolutionize the District’s transportation system through innovation.
Bloom staff will be on hand at both events to answer questions, provide samples and give out special swag.
